Privacy Policy

This policy covers anchor-enterprise.com and pre-engagement communications with Anchor Enterprise. Confidential information shared during a paid engagement is governed by a separate mutual non-disclosure agreement, signed before work begins.

Notice at Collection

This section tells you what we collect, why, and how long we keep it, at or before the point we collect it.

Information you give us when you submit a form, email, call, or book time with us:

• Identifiers and contact information: name, email address, phone number if you provide it.
• Professional information: company, role or title, and the content of your message.
• Lead source details we attach to your request: the page you submitted from, the website or campaign that referred you, and the tracking parameters in the link you clicked (for example, which LinkedIn post sent you).

Purpose: to send you the resource you asked for, respond to you, follow up about AI advisory work, schedule and run engagements, and understand which content leads to useful conversations.

Information collected automatically, only if you accept analytics (see Cookies and Analytics below): pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device information, referring source, campaign parameters, and clicks on our calls to action and forms.

Sensitive personal information: we do not ask for it and do not use it to infer characteristics about you.

Sold or shared: we do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention:

• Contact and lead records: kept while we have an active business relationship or a legitimate follow-up purpose, and deleted when you ask us to or when we no longer need them for those purposes.
• Website analytics in Google Analytics: individual event data is kept for 2 months and user-level data for up to 14 months, then Google deletes it.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure which pages and offers are useful. It is off by default. It loads only if you click Accept analytics in the privacy banner. Until then, no Google Analytics code runs and no analytics cookies are set.

• Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out. Analytics stay off, and the banner shows “Opt-Out Request Honored.” The signal applies to the browser sending it.
• Your choice: change it any time with Your Privacy Choices in the footer. Declining deletes the Google Analytics cookies we can reach from this site.
• We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization for our property, and we do not run advertising on this site.
• Your choice is saved in this browser only (local storage), not on our servers.

Who We Share It With

We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf, and when legally required:

• Cloudflare: hosts this website and processes form submissions.
• Google: Google Analytics (only if you accept analytics) and Google Calendar when you book a call with us.
• Resend: delivers the resource emails you request.
• Our contact records system and email, which are operated by Anchor Enterprise.

Posts we publish on LinkedIn are public. If you like, comment on, or message us about a post, or send a connection request, we may record that public activity (your name, profile link, headline, and what you wrote) in our contact records so we can respond to you. We do not buy personal information about you from data brokers.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you;
• request a copy of the specific information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete your information, subject to legal exceptions;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do neither);
• not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

How to make a request: email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.” We accept privacy requests by email only. Tell us what you are asking for.

Verification: we will confirm your identity by matching the email address or details you give us to what we hold. We will not ask for more than we need to do that.

Timing: we confirm receipt promptly and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why.

Authorized agents: you may use an authorized agent. We will ask for written permission from you and may verify your identity directly with you.

If we decline a request, we will tell you why.

Security and Children

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will update the effective date above when this policy changes.
